I am doing a visa medical exam. Can the drug "cat" be picked up in a blood test and how long does it stay detectable in the blood? ## A drug cat usually stays in the blood depending on the weight. A drug dog usually stays in the blood on average, 4 to 6 hrs longer. ## If say you used the drug CAT just for a few hours, how long does it stay in your blood and urine? Thank you.

My pain care dr prescribes it to me but I don't always take them right. If I'm really hurting I might take 2. My husband says they can tell in blood work that I took more that prescribed. my son just had his wisdom teeth removed. the bleeding doesn't seem to want to stop. he is on Benazepril and Digitek. The results of a blood test were 100 nanograms per millilliter of morphine.I took a 100mg ms cotin pill about 4 0r 5 hours before the test.Does this seem normal? ## Hi Scott, Although I'm not too familiar with terminology associated with blood test results, I did find that Morphine can be detected in your blood for up to 12 hours after your last dose. If this timing has any correlation with the figures you mentioned above, then it does make sense that this would be a normal reading 5 hours into your dose.
