My doctor gave me doxytet and didn't explain on how i should take them. He just told me they are for skin and i didn't know they are antibiotics. Plus i just stopped taking them without really finishing them and my periods are late. ## Yes, antibiotics have been known to cause irregularities in the menstrual cycle.
