I have a bad rash on my penis very itchy. Could Pinaclav be the cause? ## To answer your question, yes, I do believe that Pinaclav could be the cause of that itching. From what I could gather, nlm.nih.gov (MedlinePlus) lists both "severe skin rashes" and "hives" under serious side effects that should be reported to your doctor immediately.
