I HAVE USED IT LONG BEFORE AT THE AGE OF 28 AND IT PROVED EFFECTIVE. ## Have you consulted your doctor? Tentex Forte is listed as being an herbal/ayurvedic product, so the safety and side effect testing that is done for prescription medications has not been done for it and some of these can be as strong and dangerous as prescription medications.

where can I find Gymnema Sylvestrie by Himalaya Herbs ## Hello, Will! How are you? This is listed as a supplement, by the FDA, it's actually an herb. It's believed, but not proven, to decrease the amount of sugar absorbed from the investing and to increase the amount of insulin in the body. There are warnings listing it's possibly effect on those who are diabetic, it may lower blood sugar too far and shouldn't be taken within 2 weeks of surgery. However, I am not sure where to find this brand. There are many others available, though, including one from Nature's Way and Natrol, both of which are reliable manufacturers. Does anyone know where to find this one?
