my father aged 78 is taking clonotril 2mg every night. for past few days when he gets up in the morning he feels giddy has headache and looses balance what is the reason? ## Clonotril contains the active ingredient Clonazepam, which is a Benzodiazepine, used to treat anxiety, nervous disorders and insomnia. That can be a normal side effect to this medication, these are very powerful drugs. This could be too high of a dosage for him.
