what's the difference between taking the 1mg heraclene and 3 mg. my daughter pis taking the 1 mg but it's still not working..

My Child is taking refampicin prescribed by her pedia. Is it okay if she will also take heraclene, since she has poor appetite? ## My son is taking rifampicin w/ izoniazid just yesterday..and his doctor ordered also heraclene 3mg.
