One day felt a shooting pain under right ribs in the abdomen just for one second. There after a feeling of full stomach for two weeks. I took Heptral 400 one tablet and the symptoms disappeared. Since I am abroad, no diagnostics have been done.

I am suffering from fatty liver. My SGPT (ALT) is 295 now. Doctor prescribed me NUSAM 400. I want to know how good it is and regarding side effect. I am suffering from GOUT due to uric acid. every year it occurs twice ie after 6 months regularly from last 5 years. generally it use to be for 4-7 days, but this time it has attacked more than a month. Along with endocap SR, doctor has prescribed me NUSAM 400. Does it have any side effect if I take these medicines for more than a month?
