i want zempred tablet side effects& for whom is it given?

Iam 24 years,having henoch schonlein purpura. recently it is diagnosed. 2 days back severe edema of left leg seen, doc said to take colour doppler stydy for deep vein thrombosis, negative result came.so, what is the reason? iam taking treatment under skin specialist,is it correct or not. doc said due to purpura left leg edema occured, he given ZEMPRED tablets&said to take bed rest. whether i have to consult hematalogist for second opinion? iam getting confusion regarding side effects of the drug ,please give ur opinion for this.
