My 4 yr old found a half of a small oblong pill but it is only half. It has a small letter "P" on it. The other side I think is an "I"?? Not sure. We don't have medication in our home so I am really disturbed and thankful he gave it to me and didn't think it was candy!! I also have ab2 yr old. Thank you for your time!

Hello. I found a pill in my car. I'm very disturbed by it because I have 2 small children. I do not drive, because I have a seizure disorder. This isn't any of my meds. I have other people drive me. I'm scared someone is doing drugs in my car or house. Please help? It is Large, white and round and NOT scored. It is a little over half of a pill. The right half is all I can make out (the last 2 out of 4 characters) it says "32". The other side is totally blank. Again, no lines, not scored... Just solid white. ## Hello, Jess! How are you? I'm sorry, but without knowing the full imprint, it is dry difficult to narrow down what this might be. However, I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. The best thing to do would be to just properly d...

white football shaped/possibly oxycodone/maybe number is 682 ## Robert, A white oval pill marked "M" "528" is identified as Acetaminophen + Oxycodone hydrochloride (500 mg) + (7.5 mg). For verification, the National Drug Code (NDC) is: 00406-0582 Does this sound like a possible match?

This pill is white and long it has a PH on one half of the pill and 043 on the other. There is no V on the other side of the pill someone gave it to me saying it was for getting rid of mucus because the weather has been so crazy. I have not taken it yet for the fear of not trusting them haha. So, I came on here to find out what it is. Can someone please tell me? That will be well appreciated. Thank You. ## I haven't been able to find a definitive identification for this, we've had several people ask about it. However, one of our forum posts said that they had purchased it as a generic for Mucinex, which contains the active ingredient Guaifenesin and is a decongestant. What we do know, however, is that the pills with the PH marking are over the counter products. Is anyone else fa...

oval/elliptical light beige pill with imprint of a squiggly upside sown half moon and th number 40 ## its a oval pill with half a moon on it and the number 40 right next to it ## Unfortunately, after trying several searches I haven't been able to locate a match in any of the U.S. prescription drug databases, nor any related possibilities on google. Odds are that it could be either manufactured outside of the U.S. or that it is an over the counter medication, as OTC meds aren't required to be listed in the drug databases. If you're able to, I would consider taking the pill over to your local pharmacy and having it analyzed by their team to see if they can come up with anything. Also double check the marking if you think there's more to it than what you stated. Did you obt...

found a half of an oblong white pill with the numbers 99 (I think) or possibly 66 on floor in sons bathroom...WHAT IS THIS PILL? There is nothing on the other side. Can't see a score line either, break is jagged ## Based on a possible imprint of "66", this could be a number of different pills. Listed below are two pills that I felt came closest to your description: There is a white oblong shaped pill marked "M366" on one side and blank on the other. This is Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone (325mg/7.5mg); also known as Vicodin. There is another white oblong pill marked "IP 466" on side and blank on the other. This is Ibuprofen (800mg). It's nearly impossible to identify something with a partial marking like that, but hopefully this can at least help to narrow d...

White round pill scored in middle, imprint is APO on top half and 750 on bottom. Small pill about 4 or 5 mm in diameter. ## Yellow and red pill with the number s 187 on only one sie ## I believe you are referring to a pill that is scored with APO at the top and T50 (not 750) on the bottom. If this is correct, he pill you are referring to is called Trazodone 50mg. It is most commonly used in conjuction with SSRI's (Selective Seritonin Reuptake Inhibitors) like Prozac to treat depression and anxiety. Please consult a health care professional before taking this or any other prescription medication which was not intended for yourself as there are side effects associated with this medication as well as interaction dangers. ## The identification provided to the pill in the original post i...

Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? ## I also have one of these capsules, as described above, and can't find any identification for it. I live in the US and am sure that's where it came from. That's about all I know!

This looks like a fat round Advil colored pill. But looking at it more it has some type of like plastic that peals off with we are thinking this is not a pill or vitamin. My mom cut it in half and it had bright yellow in it. I'm worried since my stepfather thought they were Advil & I have problems with pain. He and I just thought they were generic Advil. I've taken one dose of 4 & another of 5 & did notice some upper stomach pain that went away. If anything changes I'll go to the hospital. ## Where did they come from? Are the in any type of packaging that identifies them? The 'plastic' that peeled off may have just been an enteric coating that if often applied to tablets to help make swallowing them easier, and to prevent them starting to dissolve while i...

I found half of a white pill and on the first line of an imprint it ended in the number 4 and under that was an 11. It was very sweet tasting. I found it in my daughters pocket. It was also very soft and fast dissolving. Can anyone help me identify this?? ## I'm sorry, but without knowing the full imprint, it is going to be difficult to determine exactly what this tablet contains. I can think of several possibilities that use those numbers in the markings, or as parts of the imprints. Did you try asking her what it was?

This pill was in my bottle of metformin from the pharmacists.i only noticed because it was just a bit smaller than the metformin. What is it? ## I actually came across a half white and half pink oblong shaped pill imprinted "E648" that is identified as Diphenhydramine hydrochloride 25 mg. You didn't mention pink being part of the color, but it's the only match that comes up under that description. Manufacturer: Sandoz Pharmaceuticals Inc. National Drug Code (NDC): 00185-0648 I'd probably suggest taking it over to your local pharmacy to have them check it out if this doesn't sound like it fits the bill. Does anyone else recognize this tablet without the pink color?

The side that doesn't have 40 on it has a line down the middle but i can't read what it has going around the pill ## The closest match I could find shows that the pill is identified as Furosemide (40 mg). However the markings you are unable to read can significantly change what this pill could be. On this specific pill I located, the number 40 is on one side; and on the other side there is a score line across the middle, with the words 'Mylan' on the top half of the line and the numbers '216' on the bottom half. Does this sound or look familiar based on what you can see? Until we can figure out what the other side says, it is going to be difficult to determine what this tablet contains, unless you would pay to have it lab tested, somewhere... ## Its a _____ and I...

We found half a pill that is white inside with a red coating. LO46 is on the side. ## oblong pill red&blue with wight circle in the center of pill & has LO46 on it ## its advanced strength tylenol ## Ron's identification is correct, the tablet with the L 046 marking is a generic or store brand for Extra Strength Tylenol, it contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, which is used to treat pain and fever. You can learn more Acetaminophen details here. Side effects may include nausea, dizziness and headache, it should also be noted that overdoses do carry the risk of causing severe liver damage or failure and they can also be fatally toxic, so recommended dosages should not be exceeded. Are there any questions or comments?

These are the pills that I have that I can't seem to identify. 1) First one is made by Pharmascience in Canada. It is bright orange, round, scored on one side, marked PMS on the upper scored portion and 10 on the lower half. The other side is blank, no score or markings. 2) Second one is also a Pharmascience pill. It's round, paler orange, and it has their logo on one side, a P with a circle behind it. The other side is scored and has an L on the upper portion and a 5 on the lower portion. 3) Third one is an oblong "capsule" shaped pill, bright orange color, imprinted on one side is N 500, the N and 5 are more prominent and the two 0's are engraved lighter. There is a score going through the imprint, above and below the 5. The back is plain, no markings. 4) Fourth on...
