what can you do when ingested liquid heet

I brushed my teeth and my toothbrush tasted funny. Then i couldnt catch my breath. My skin was flushed. Felt out of it so i drank alot of water. ## I brushed my teeth and my toothbrush tasted bitter. I felt out of it ,flushed,and couldnt swallow. My heart was racing too. My body was blotchy too. I drank alot of water.
