Found some Phendimetrazine capsules my doc prescribed last year. Wondering if they are still ok to take or would they be expired? They are black on kne half and clear kn the other with G5254 on it. ## The pill you're describing is actually imprinted "E5254" and has been identified as Phendimetrazine tartrate extended-release 105 mg. However based on my research, this particular medication is listed as having an estimated shelf life of 2-5 years under proper storage conditions. Also, according to a Harvard Medical School family health article, except in rare cases (i.e. tetracycline), there is little chance of danger due to taking medications even up to 15 years beyond their expiration date. Fohow Longlu capsules have been given to me after I have taken so many drugs to control my blood pressure, and I've had two stillbirths. Wondering what do I do because I've seen several doctors before going into Chinese treatment. I am wondering if these are ok to take while pregnant? I will be waiting for any thoughts on this. Thanks! ## Hi Melodier, sorry to hear about your health challenges and still births. Who has recommended the Long Lu capsules to you? Are you currently pregnant? Also, are you seeing a practitioner of Chinese medicine for this? From what I am seeing the manufacturer states that this is an herbal medicine containing Antler, Ginseng and Cordyceps - claiming to synthesize three types of components (animal, plant, fungi) into a single medicine. I am currently...

Is it ok to have gemcal daily? I've been taking it for the last 1yr. Is there any side effects? ## Gemcal is a nutritional supplement it contains: Calcitriol .25 mcg, Calcium Carbonate 500 mg and zinc 7.5 mg. Learn more dietary supplement information here. As to taking it daily, in theory there shouldn't be a problem, because all of these nutrients are very important to your health, as long as you don't take more than is recommended. However, it is always advisable to ask your doctor about anything you take regularly, just to be safe. Do you have any medical conditions? Do you take any medications regularly? ## Tnx for the info. I have mild osteoarthritis in both knees. Hence doctor adviced me to take Gemcal capsules...1 daily. Definitely there's improvement in my condit...

I had my second dose of the Astra Zeneca COVID shot in mid July. I felt ok after the 1st shot, but after the 2nd shot I still get nausea, shakes, body jerks when relaxing, bloated puffy feet. I've also been diagnosed with low Vit D and anemia ( 20 ). I've had COPD asthma for 3 yrs now. I'm coughing more and breathing worse since the shot. Really scared I'm going to get flu and end up in hospital. I'm 68, I've now got vit D capsules to take every day. Will my vit D levels improve at my age? Already on corticosteroid puffers for COPD. Thank you ## Hello Lou! How are you feeling? I'm sorry about what you're dealing with from your health issues. At this time, however, I think it is most likely that your symptoms are due to the low vitamin D, and the anemia, r...
