I only take 2.5 mg of eliquis. I was supposed to take it 2x a day but with the side effects I'm not going to. It's affecting my stomach, weight, and cough. Bad ## Hello, Carol! How are you? Those can be normal side effects of it, as reported by the FDA. You may also experience headache, dizziness, increased risk of bleeding and easy bruising. However, if you're afraid of the side effects and don't want to take it as prescribed, you should talk to your doctor, they may be able to prescribe an alternative medication. I havent felt happiness in so many years. Is therer anything out there that will give me a feeling of happiness. Every time i take it for anything, i feel so happy and healthy i don't want to come off it. I feel more energetic, happier and great. The course ends for whatever i took it for, and i go back to feeling lethargic and depressed. ## Hello, Kerri! How are you? That's very odd for an antibiotic, it usually causes drowsiness, headache, dizziness and diarrhea as side effects, according to the FDA. If you're feeling lethargic and depressed regularly, have you informed your doctor? You may need to try a medication to help with it. How long have you been feeling this way?

i am now on my 2nd week of taking Amprya and everyone is noticing my walking better.the left drop foot though is a drag (no pun intended lol) but has gotten alittle better my over all walking has improved.my side effects of pain in throat and neck was 2 days,my abdominal pain was 2 days,the itching and tingling was 2 days and all so far passsed.the numbness i normaly have in both my hands that was an MS episode that i never recovered from,was alittle more enhanst,but i would rather deal with all that if my walking approved not that im sprinting over hurls,but feeling really good so far!! good luck to everyone who is taking it. ## That's great, I am so glad that it's working so well for you. I dont have insurance so i cant afford the expensive pain management clinics here. I need a doctor who will write my rx for 20mg oxycodone or other things i need without the usual uptight doctor response of "only once, go to pain management". I've had 34 ortho surgeries and have constant mind bending pain. I take as directed. Just need what used to be known as a "dr. feelgood". FOR ALL THOSE WHO VISIT THESE FORUMS 2016 has been a year most would like to forget with federal guidelines and compassionate medical provider's at a minimum. Unfortunately for those regionally affected by further restrictive mandates (primarily in the northeastern USA) 2017 promises more of the same. During this time of uncertainty for so many, empathy, compassion and understanding can only help lift the spirits of those often filled with fear, confusion and even desperation.... I'm not sure what the answer is but when parties unite in solidarity very few goals are unattainable. May god (or whomever you worship) keep us close to his heart and bless us all in the years to come.
