hi, i am starting with dr chan in hanover next week and i was wondering if anyone knows anything about him - is he decent..nice.. compassionate? i would really appreciate any replies. ## I am not familiar with him myself, but there are several websites that let people rate doctors. I don't remember the names of the site, but you can try searching and may be able to discover people's opinions on him and how good he is or if anyone has any complaints. Is anyone familiar with this doctor? Please post back and let us know how it goes for you!

Any doctor can prescribe it for pain. Due to the new regulations that were put in place last year, though, you'll need to see a pain management specialist. The easiest thing to do would be to set yourself up with a new PCP and then have them refer you to someone. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Does anyone know of a doctor's office that doesn't have a policy against prescribing narcotic painkillers (such as lortab)? ## I have looked FOREVER! My doctor decided he was no longer seeing patients who he had been writing controlled substance prescriptions to and left me to find my own new pain doctor. I can't find one! I've called everywhere! I have Medicaid as my insurance and I live in Wilmington, NC, but I'm willing to travel to New Hanover County, Brunswick County, and Pender county; as long as it's no more than an hour one way then I can drive it! I was being prescribed oxycodone 10 mg and neurontin 300 mg. My grandfather was a Doctor back in the day, and I am trying to identify all of the antique drugs to see which may be rare and worth money and such, any way, like i said in the title, i have a good number of these pills, unmarked, simply a round white pill, and on both sides, an S' inside of a triangle. Now keep in mind these are antique so chances are whatever it is may n ot be around any more or is very different looking...thanks for your help! ## I believe that it is Fiorinal made by Sandoz pharmaceuticals in Hanover NJ. I am currently going through our university's historic medical collection and discovered the same pills in a bottle with this information.
