It is only half if a pill. The last three numbers would be 719. The half of pill I have is the right half. This pill is white oval shape if it was a whole pill ## jjjj ## I located a match to a white oval shaped pill with G 3719 on it. I found ,5 of a pill in my bathroom, 1 side said 37 the other said 93. they are an oval white vicodin size. the other day i found another pill that was .5 seroquil ## Hello, Amanda! How are you? I got k 25 phentermine from Qualitest pharma inc kansas. Is this the real one. Looks different ## When I search for the K 25 imprint, the Phentermine (37.5 mg) is a white oval shaped pill, with blue specs, marked with K | 25, separated by a score line/divider. This particular pill is said to be manufactured by KVK Tech Inc. Can you possibly describe what your pill looks like? ## My K 25 looks like yours, only half as deep. I have a side by side .jpg of the two tabs, but no way to upload. The company's name is Qualitest pharma inc kansas and is apparently fake. I assume that it is a deliberate attempt to confuse people.
