Could it induce nausea and other gastric upsets? ## Synap Forte contains Paracetamol, Propoxyphene, Diphenhydramine and Caffeine, it is used to relieve pain. Yes, with both the Acetaminophen in it and the Propoxyphene, which is a mild narcotic, it can cause nausea and stomach irritation, as well as possibly ulcerations. What is the genenic drug for synap forte? ## It is actually a combination drug with four active ingredients: Acetaminophen/Paracetamol Propoxyphene (mild narcotic) Diphenhydramine and Caffeine. It seems it would be used to treat pain, including headaches, with the Diphenhydramine included to help prevent nausea, but this is only a guess based on the ingredients. Does anyone else have more information on this? ## my mother is stays with me after she had a stroke. she's complaining of pain in her upper arms every day and sometimes can't lift her arms. it seems no pain killers is helping and would like to know if synap forte will help.

I am taking this drug and I want to find the shelf life if it is still safe. There's no expiration date on it. ## All prescription drugs that are tablets have a regular shelf life of 1 year from the date of dispensing. Even after that year, most are still safe to use, they just start to lose efficacy. The only ones that are dangerous to use after the expiration date are Tetracycline class antibiotics.
