20 and 20 cross imprint on one side and nothing on the other side, tablet type pill ## Actually, I believe the imprint you're looking at is ZC 02, but the tablets are so tiny that it is very hard to make out the markings with the naked eye. The white, round tablet with the crossed score mark and the imprint of ZC 02 contains 25mgs of Promethazine, the active ingredient in Phenergan, it is an antihistamine that's most commonly used to help treat or prevent nausea and vomiting. Found a pill in my house and would like to know what it is to help figure out where it came from? The markings are a little rubbed off. One side appears to be blank. The other side has what looks to be a 20 and possibly a 1, the numbers are centered in the middle of the pill. Thanks for the help.
