my 50lb dog ate a 100mg elmiron that fell on the floor. Will this hurt her? ## Hi Dena, Sorry to hear about your dog getting ahold of this drug. Being that Elmiron has blood thinning effects, I've read on one account that internal bleeding is a possibility among other common side effects (such as vomiting or diarrhea). In light of that it may be a good idea to look out for any signs of blood in her urine or stool. However, I would still encourage you to contact her vet as soon as possible for an examination. That way you can at least be on the safe side. Can you tell if she's been feeling ok lately?

Does anyone know if you gain more weight as you increase the milligrams of Lyrica. I've gone from 150mg a day to 600 & still may have to increase, I know weight gain is a side effect but does it ever level out or as I increase my milligram will I continue to gain? I've already gained 50lbs! ## Yes it can! I tried it & I believe I was allergic to it. I started swelling up immediately & even though I only took for a brief time, the extra weight I gained was super hard to get off. I've heard it helps some tho! I seem to be having some difficulties losing some zyprexa weight. the first time I was on 40mg for about 6 months and when I stopped, 50lbs went away in 2-3 months just purely coming off the medication, no diet and no exercise. most recently I was on for about 3 months on 5mg. I gained about 20-25lbs. I have been off for almost 6 weeks and I only lost about 5 pounds. it seems like the scale stops there. any insight on why this can be besides the feared metabolic dysfunction that zyprexa is known to cause? I have neuropathy due to collapsed C2-C6 leaving me with horrible pain. Finally went to a pain dr. He put me on lyrica and oxycontin. I was previously diagnosed with anxiety and depression, after many years of antidepressant mess I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. They started me on 50mcg it was good for a year then had to be increased to 100mcg and I feel loads better, no more anxiety attacks and my mood is a lot better. If I miss my med doses I can tell I become moody. I have slowly lost weight over the years I have been on it. I'd say about 50lbs. But I also eat healthier and exercise more, before I couldn't do it much due to lack of energy. Constantly tired sleeping all day and had stomach pain a lot. Hi, I have been on ozempic for 4 months. I went up from .5 to 1.0 last week. I tried the increase prior about a month ago, but when I went up to 1.0 I had too many side effects the first time I tried to tolerate 1.0 for 2 weeks. I experienced stomach cramps, gas, and diarrhea, then went back down to .5 for several weeks and that was okay. This week is my second time trying 1.0 again. I have stomach cramps and a gassy stomach as well as a little nausea. I thought about this new week and am due to take my next dose. Trying one more week on 1.0, I don’t know if I can handle it. I was doing ok on .5 and lost about 50lbs. My concern is gaining weight back if not going up to 1.0.
