I found a small round white pill with the following: One small triangle followed by an oval upright shape followed by another small triangle(side by side), beneath it is the imprint 151. I have lupus antiphospholipid syndrome,severe neuropathy,chronic severe pain. I have been on oxycontin and cortisone for ten years. I've had clot in Lund and lost most of right hand. These medications have not removed all pain but in ten years I have lowered my own dose twice and never asked for it to be increased.
