I recently found a white, circular pill with a 107 imprint on one side and a line etched across the other side and I haven't been able to find any information. ## Based on your description, the closest match I'm seeing on the internet is a round "peach" pill with 107 on one side and a score line across the other side; the only discrepancy being the color. An imprint on one side says tylenol and the other side says 1075. ## Hi bpd, If one side of the pill says "Tylenol" then the active ingredient (or at least one of them) would be Acetaminophen.
