I have Oxycodone 15mg and I want to know if they are extended release? They are green and round with 4811 stamp on one side and V on the other side. ## No, they are not. These are manufactured by Vintage Pharmaceuticals and they list them as being a regular release formulation. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation. At this time the only time released formulation of it that is available is the name brand manufactured by Purdue Pharma. Is there anything else they can help with?

There are several green ones on the market, because the regular release and the instant release are both available as generics. Here are the markings that I know of, for some green tablets: A 214 (15mg) 4811 V (15mg) 15 and an M in a box (15mg) M in a box, 596 (Discontinued 80mgs) ABG 80 (Discontinued 80mgs) Cor 225 (15mgs) 93 33 (discontinued, oval, 80mgs) K 8 (15mgs) And this is not a complete list. Do any of these match the tablet in question?

I went to my Pain doc and he changed some of my meds..increasing mg dosage from 15 to 20mg oxycodones..along with oxycontin 10 to 20 mg. I know, there is no generic for the oxycontin, only the OP's..what's the best recommended generic brand of oxycodone, if it is such a thing as a 'better generic brand'? now, i am taking the 4811.green, believe it's "qualitest"? i have been satisfied with them but, it's the only brand i have ever tried..so, i really have nothing to compare them to.
