fat round tablet thats green but one side is white but not the whole side only a thin bit, on the green side it has the letters T R 200 written on it ## Based on the description provided, this pill does not exist in any of the US drug databases; therefore I cannot determine anything, other than the possibility that you may have read the markings wrong, or that this pill was imported from another country. Other than double checking the markings on the pill, I would suggest checking your sources of where you got the pill from. If it is in fact a valid source, I would personally go to your local pharmacy for analyses. If it is not from a valid source, odds are it's not the real thing or it is perhaps an old discontinued pill. Either way, please be so kind to post back your findings so ...

Can this pill be broken in half and taken? 200 mg is very strong. Half of that dose would be more agreeable. Will it still work as it should? Just not as strong? ## Generally, if the medication is not in an extended release form, I don't see why it wouldn't be safe to divide the tablet in half for a smaller dosage. However, this particular tablet does appear to be extended release and therefore I would NOT encourage anyone to tamper with it in any way, even for legitimate reasons. Just to be sure we are on the same page, this is an oblong green pill with [M] on one side and "200" on the other. And it reportedly contains 200mgs of Morphine sulfate SR (slow release). For verification, the manufacturer is listed as Mallinckrodt. It may be best to ask your doctor for a lower...

Can anyone tell me what this is? Someone sent these pills home with my husband stating they help with menstrual pain... I'm not a big advocate of pain meds - especially when I don't know what they are. These pills have TB 200 marked on them and they are blue/green, oblong gel pill . Any ideas? Thanks! ## The marking is actually intended to be IB 200, the bottom of the capital I just doesn't stamp very well on the gel substance. This is a generic or store brand of Motrin and contains 200mgs of Ibuprofen, so it is nothing dangerous. It is a NSAID that is commonly used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Found pills that are oval shaped that are marked with 136, they are bluish / green close to the same color as Nyquil, maybe a little lighter. lettering is white printed on one side only. No other markings, does anyone know what they may be? Thanks for any help at all. ## Given this description, I am inclined to suspect that they are something that's available over the counter. That would also explain why I've been unable to find it listed in any databases. Does anyone recognize these? I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. There are some 200mg Ibuprofen liquid gels available as generics for Advil or Motrin, so this might be one of those. The FDA classifies it as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Its...

If im on 10mg of oxicodone nd ran out of them nd cant get them until the 22 of June, is it ok for me to take a hlf of this blueish green/200 morphine? ## Did the same doctor prescribe you the morphine as well? Only asking because based on my own research, a combination of the two may result in a drug interaction that puts you at risk for more side effects such as; impairment in thinking and judgment, difficulty concentrating, dizziness, and drowsiness. If you do decide that you have to use morphine for the time being, I probably wouldn't recommend driving until you know how it effects you with oxycodone still in your system for the first few days. I hope this advice helps!
