Pretty much harmless ## Hello, I can confirm that the pill in question is indeed Simethicone, but I believe that the strength is actually 125 mg. It is used to relieve, bloating, pressure, fullness, and the "stuffed" feeling commonly referred to as gas. Adams is printed on yellow side and 1200 on the white side. It is about 1/2 inch long in a semi-oval shape and about a quarter of inch thick. I think it might be neurontin, but not sure. We do need neurontin, but if this can't be identified I shall discard. Thanks. ## I found a pill with similar markings it has ADAMS on one side and 1200 on the other.
