small and looks almost identical to 187 15mg oxycodone with NO apap they are small green and round ## These imprints can be hard to read, are you sure its not V 4811 and perhaps you were looking at it upside down? If so, it contains 15mgs of Oxycodone, the active ingredient in Roxicodone, this is a narcotic pain reliever. Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth. Their small in size and have a line in the middle. I have been taking 2 pills every 4 hours for pain associated with shingles. These are very strong, and I actually fear taking to many for to long and yes I am constipated and have a very hard time urinating.

Looking at their list of ingredients, it appears that the coloring agents, FD&C Blue NO.2 and D&C Yellow No. 10 are used throughout the tablet, so the color should be uniform. These tablets are not coated. The FDA lists this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
