I haven't been able to find an identification for this in any of the prescription drug databases that I've checked, so far. That leads me to suspect that it's an over the counter product, which may make it difficult to identify. Where was it found? Green tablet, speckled, oblong/oval, scored on both sides, besides the score there are no other markings on one side, on the other there is a big funny-looking 'G' on the left side of the score line, on the right side the numbers 609 ## Is the G angular, rather than rounded? If so, this tablet contains 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 500mgs of Acetaminophen, this dosage is no longer being manufactured. From what I've found, this tablet is manufactured by Greenstone Limited and they list it as containing 600mgs of Gabapentin, which is an anticonvulsant that's also used to treat certain types of nerve pain and some mood disorders.
