Green Liquid

How many different green liquid medications are there? My mom is prescribed liquid medicine and I need to know the name of it. It's green and highly addictive. ## My dad is on hospice. His morphine is blue. His morphine pills are blue. I hate giving it to him, but I hate him suffering more. I usually make sure he's on his oxygen really well before administering the meds. He usually screams out or he asks for it. I know he's hurting because in his lifetime he's only taken Tylox for maybe four days after surgery. The only other pain killer has been a Tylenol for headache. He hated medicine. I've had pain so severe until I've been on dilaudid and Actiq the pain lollipops. My doctor had to wean me off. I suffer from chronic chest pains, and it feels like someone is crushing my heart, i get sharp pains, and it debilatates me. in the ER the have given me this green goddess and it worked wonders, hard to swallow after, but it killed the pain, well my ignorant Dr. refuses to subscribe it to me, she tends to think that the nexium will work one day. I found two large clear gelcaps filled with what appears to be a dark green almost black liquid inside them. There aren't any markings whatsoever. I found a clear capsule that has a clear liquid with tiny lightish green beads in it. Any ideas? ## Just a thought, but this sounds to me like some sort of dietary supplement one might find in GNC as a pre/post workout or fat burner product. These types of OTC pills generally don't have any markings on them and I've actually taken similarly depicted capsules of this nature. Perhaps it would be a good idea to take the capsule into one of those stores to see if they recognize it? Other than that, identifying something without markings could be quite a challenge, but as a last resort I'd probably consider having its contents analyzed via GCMS through a reputable lab. I've been at my methadone clinic for two-and-a-half years in New York and I've heard that out west they have different colors such as orange, green, even blue, but where I'm at it's red with water. The next dose tends to get lighter in red. ## In a Treatment Center, where a yellow liquid called methodose is given. Is that methodose or methodone. Can liquid methodone be yeklow? ## Bee, After doing some research I found that methadone comes in a variety of colors, including orange, green, blue, red, white, brown. The difference between these is the formula of inactive ingredients that they use. I hope this helps.

Is it like water or thicker ## From what little information I was able to find, it is noted to be made from a syrup base by many manufacturers; meaning that it would be a thicker consistency than water. A liquid formulation ingredient list may look like this: Methadone Hydrochloride (HCL) BP 1mg/1mL Glucose syrup Green S (E142) Tartrazine (E102) Sunset Yellow (E110) Parabens (preservative) Ethanol Trace chloroform water. There are other mixtures as well that use different syrup bases like Sorbitol syrup or Unpreserved syrup.
