Green Gel Capsule With Clear Liquid

I found two large clear gelcaps filled with what appears to be a dark green almost black liquid inside them. There aren't any markings whatsoever. They were inside of a mini Ziploc baggie ( similar to some thing you might find in karma or Obadiahs) And I think they have a smell to them that I think is similar to marijuana. clear mini gel cap black ( could be dark green or very dark red) thick liquid unkarked ## If there are no markings it is going to be difficult to narrow down what this is. We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, because they are all required to have a unique marking to enable their identification. However, there are quite a few over the counter products that meet this description, including several herbal supplements. I even have a fishoil capsule that looks like this. There is also a small chance it could be a foreign medication. Does anyone else have an idea what this is?
