My son had a few of these hid beside his bed and a friend of mine swears they are Xanax she says she used to get this same brand. What's the difference between a R P 15 white football shaped 15 mg oxy pill and a 15mg green oxy? ## Hi keke, There is no difference in the active ingredient since they all reportedly contain 15mgs of Oxycodone. The only notable differences would be found in the list of inactive ingredients (otherwise known as binders and fillers) that help make up each tablet's composition. I'm prescribed 0.25 mg of Alprazolam for MRI, CT as I have severe panic attacks. I've been getting Caraco brand. I didn't have any problems, and they worked for me. My pharmacy can no longer get that brand. I have multiple med. allergies, and chemically sensitive.
