Pill size of pinky finger nail. Round. Only a W on one side. Dark green ## I found several of the same pills. Could be a M instead of W. Looks like Mylan Lab logo. ## Hello, Based on the description provided, the closest match I'm finding is Mylanta (240mg); which is an antacid used to treat symptoms of indigestion and GERD. NOTE: The imprint appears to be an upper case "M" embedded on one side and blank on the other. It's also darker green in color with what looks like some sort of glossy/enteric coated finish. You can learn more about this drug on the page for Mylanta Details Please post back if you think this sounds like it could be a possible match. I hope this helps!

green capsule-coated ## One could never list pictures of all the green capsule coated medications. It would take a million years. Please list the imprint information so we can look it up for you. ## Nenene is correct. There are many thousands of green pills, even with the film coating. There are no proprietary guidelines in the pharmaceutical industry for colors, shapes, or sizes of pills. That is entirely up to the whit and whim of the manufacturer. For instance some people think all pink pills are Darvocet or all Darvocet pills are pink, and that just isn't the case. Sitting on my nighstand and my husband's bedside table right now are some oval pink that are not Darvocet, and some Darvocet that are not pink at all. The only requirement for pharmaceuticals, as per the FDA, is t...

What pharmacy carries these? I have used the R636 pills for a few years. I have diabetic nerve pain up to my knees, hands to my elbows and take 1200mg every 8 hours. I have tried the white gabapentin pills (G31, 150 coated, 150 un-coated and others) they DO NOT work, it's almost like some of the pills are just filled with binders and have no gabapentin. I have tried all my local pharmacys. They all say that they can no longer get the R636 pills. Does anyone know where the green R636 pills are available? If so, please let me know.

These look like they had gotten a little damp. Are the 187, on the inside of the pill, are they green like the pill or white? ## Hello, Mickey! How are you? This tablet is manufactured by Caraco Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 15mgs of Oxycodone in a regular release formulation. Looking at their list of ingredients, it appears that the coloring agents, FD&C Blue NO.2 and D&C Yellow No. 10 are used throughout the tablet, so the color should be uniform. These tablets are not coated. The FDA lists this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
