For months I have been taking MSER 100mg, and the shape is oblong, color is light blue and 100 is on one side and E658 on the other side. These pills have been working great. My last refill of MSER, the pills were different. they are round, either light brown or gray, 100 on one side and either a M or a W with a square around the letter. These are not effective at all. Has my pharmacy made a mistake? Can you tell me what company manufacture's each of these pills ?and can you tell me what the different ingredients are between the two? There has to be a reason why one would work so good and one seems like a sugar pill. Can anyone recommend a good brand for 100mg MS Contin? The last one I had was gray small and circular. But it did not seem to work very well at all. Does anyone here take these and maybe recommend the top 3 good companies that produce them? I KNOW EVERYONE Is different that's why I'm asking for 3 different brands. Please and THANK you. ## When I took it, I was taking the product manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, it worked very well for me, but that was years ago, and their products seems to be hit, or miss, for some people. The FDA warns that Morphine carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. Is anyone else aware of any good companies that manufacture it?

I kow it is not just morphine what males time released ## The active ingredient is just Morphine, there are no active ingredients used in the time released formulation and other products in it would be considered inactive, because they have no beneficial or detrimental pharmaceutical effect.
