I found this in my teenage sons drawer. What is it? I can't locate it on the computer. On one side it is GP 128 and the other side is smooth. Long white oval pill. ## Glucophage's generic (Metformin) Anti-Diabetic pill ## That reads a little strange, so I'd like to make things a little more clear to avoid confusion. Glucophage would actually be the brand name, not the manufactured, like that post might make one think, though the identification is correct. And to be more specific, it is a 1,000mg Metformin tablet, which is used to help lower and control blood sugar levels. You can learn more Metformin details here. Are there any questions or comments?

white oblong tablet ## NABUMETONE (Relafen®) is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It helps relieve pain and inflammation associated with rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. Generic nabumetone tablets are available. ## The tablet with this marking was manufactured by Sandoz Pharmaceuticals, and given the limited information I can find on it, I am not sure it is still available. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and increased risk of bleeding. The name brand has been discontinued, I do have confirmation of that. Does anyone else know more?

I apologize if I say something that is out of line/unable to disclose-not my intention at all, please let me know. I am seeking a general practitioner just because I need a doctor. I didn't realize how much I depended on my pain management doctor to handle all of my medical concerns. He's written me antidepressants, called in an us for a kidney stone, diagnosed a minor heart condition, and many other things. I was recently dismissed for violating my pain mgmt agreement and when I asked what I should do, I was told my only hope is a methadone clinic or suboxone. I had a future appt that was cancelled and was not given a final script. I've seen the research and I feel I'd rather marry my worst ex than start taking suboxone. I'm not trying to trade one for another. I al...

Two toned capsule, light green and dark green, one half has GP4 and the other says 93/3125 on it. Is it Augmentin? ## What is a two tone pill half light green half dark green with GP4 on it? ## Are you certain of the marking? I am not finding anything of that description with that marking in the drug database. It is possibly an over the counter item. ## I have GP4 half light green, half dark green capsules. I also have the same capsule marked RX657. Both are in the same bottle marked Cephalexin 500 mg. caps. The Rx came from the vet, so it appears they used stock from two manufacturers. I don't know about GP4, but the RX657 appears to be a human-grade drug, made by Ranbaxy. I can't find a manufacturer for GP4. Perhaps a search for vet meds would bring up GP4?

round white pill with GPI over A325 ## I also would like to know the name of this pill ## It is acetaminophen 325 mg. ## Sorry, GPI A325 is actually 25mgs of Diphenhydramine, a generic or store brand of Benadryl. ## Please remember that the markings on the tablet do not necessarily denote what the active ingredient in a tablet is! ## A white round pill with GPI A325 is Acetaminophen 325MG prescribed Mainly from the VA clinics for veterans.

GPI -2 cream (in pump) sent to me by pharmacy for back pain. Delivery driver left package on porch in the heat. It has separated. Clear liquid at the top cream on bottom. Tried shaking it, but nothing changed. (The clear liquid also comes out when you shake). As medication is very expensive, wondering if there is any way that I can still use it. ## Hello, Charli! How are you? It's likely that it just needs mixed back together. This actually isn't a pre-existing product, this is something specially ordered by your doctor, which is then created just for you, according to those specifications and separation can occur with them. The only side effect normally experienced with this is skin irritation at the application site. Is there anything else I can help with? ## Found this cream ...

What is this white round tablet with GPI and 101 printed on same side? ## Hello, Homgoc! How are you? I've searched several databases, since I first saw your post, but I can't find a listing for anything matching this description. Where was it found? It could be an over the counter product and some of those are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this tablet? ## It was found in CA. and my co-worker found it in there house and is concerned as to what med. it is. I figured I could look it up for her-BUT still do not have answers. Thanks

Since they are OTC items, they are not listed in our prescription drug databases, so I can't be 100% certain of its identification.
