My wife has been using Nexito Plus for the past 4 years. She is doing good, but she feels sleepy in the morning time and sometimes she is getting headaches. I am 31. I have been taking Nexito 10 from last 1 year. I week back I had septoplasty ( Nasal bone operation ) and there in hospital ENT doctor told me to stop Nexito as these tablets are major side effects. I have been taking nexito for more than an year now. It has worked effectively for my general anxiety disorder but now I have been taking 5mg but I feel I am doing good but my doctor has shifted to a different hospital and I am not a able to reach him. Can I stop the medicine now. If not when can u stop taking these tablets'?

Since long my wife aged 54 years is suffering from depression. Three weeks ago her doctor prescribed Bupron XL 150, 1 tab. in morning and Nexito LS, 1 tab at night. But since then she is unable to sleep properly at night and the depression also worsened. When contacted the doctor told her to take double the dose prescribed early. The situation worsened. Now she is totally drowsy and at night also she is feeling that she is awake. ## It really sounds like these just aren't the right medications for her to take. The fact that she is experiencing the opposite of some of the intended effects is what makes me suspect that. Has she contacted her doctor again? I think there's a good chance that she needs to try alternative medications.

Good afternoon, I have been prescribed these meds by my dr... After taking Nexito for 15 days i do feel ok, but i didnt take it again for the past 15 days and i dont want to make it a habit so i like to take when im really tense; like for 2 days & then stop. My husband cought attack of anxiety in 2009. That time dr prescribed Nexito LS since he is taking every night half tab. But now he want stop I can't he feels uneasyness pls suggest ## Hello, Anita! How is your husband doing? If he has been taking it for years, then it would be normal to have withdrawal effects, if he tries to stop suddenly. A slow tapering is usually best, to prevent him from feeling the withdrawal symptoms. Has he consulted his doctor? They should be able to help him set up a good and safe tapering schedule. Usually, the modern method is to have the person start skipping days, like taking it every other day for a week, then skipping every 2 days and so on.
