I am taking Glycomet 1gm 2wice + jardiance 10 mg on morning + insulin unit of 28 on morning and 24 on night . Im type 2 diabetic. And 20 yrs old.. 95kg weight . Im following this pattern for past 4 months. Now my diabetic level is in control. I am taking glycomet 1 gm and glynase 5 mg twice daily & Tezloc 40 in the morning, for about 2 yrs, as prescribed by my doctor. My blood sugar & BP is in controle. I am suffering from very low testosterone level. I want to know whether there is any relationship between low testosterone & the above medicines. my sugar level has suddenly gone up to moe than 400. After taking metformin 500 3 tablets a day still it does not go down than 200. So I tried glycomet GP2 two tablets per day. I find slight improvement within a day i.e. it has come down to 130. I have been taking Glycomet 1gm since the last two years twice daily. 1 after breakfast and 2nd after dinner. I have lost my 6 kg weight in the last two years in which 3 kg has been in the last 6 months only and my face, waist & shoulders shrunk and I'm starting to look very weak. Since the last few days, I have started feeling nervousness also. Is it a side effect of Glycomet 1 gm? My suger level of fasting always maintained 90-100 whereas PP sometimes high, up to 215-235. Otherwise normally it comes in at around 165-180. The average test report of a 3 month test (what you call) has come in at 6 which is called Good. ## You should see your doctor to have this weight loss checked out. I am having pain in the calf zone due to pull of the siatic nerve or so. Is it connected with use of Glycomet SRand Glycomet GPi over long period (of years) to combat diabetics. ## No, it isn't likely that it's due to using the medication, but it may be due to the diabetes itself.
