I am Taking Glycomet Gp 1 tablet in the morning and Glycomet 500 mg tablet in night but still my sugar is not in control. Presently my sugar level-empty stomach is 114 and after food is 199. This has been since last 3 months. Kindly advice. ## Are you watching your diet, as well as taking the medication? A medication alone is not enough to control your blood sugar. If you are eating a lot of foods that are laden in fats and/or sugars, it is going to cause your blood sugar to go up. The medication can only help to a certain point, but you also have to help it. You should keep your diet as healthy as possible, which for you means cutting down on fats and sugars. Also, how long after you eat are you checking your blood sugar? Everyone's will be raised, within a few hours of eating. Thi...
