gynic has prescribed glycomate 500 mg for conceiving fast for three months. i stopped after one month. after stopping that headache started on the left side of the brain, drowsiness nausea, feeling of craziness started. what r the reasons behind it ? ## Hello, Banerjee! I Am Suffering From Type2 Diabatics Since 2006. Taking Madicines Like Glycomate Gp2 Fort, Mixtard & Glycomate 1mg. Still the sugar level in the morning is inbetween 170 - 190. I do maintain a proper diat, do regular exercise & morning walk. can anybody suggest any better idea to bring the sugar lebel to control. ## According to my knowledge, it is better to done lipid profile..due to triglycerides n cholesterol levels also blood glucose cant be maintain in normal values..

My Mother is diabetic fasting 150 and PP 277 as per the machine and she is taking Glycomate GP2 once in the morning before breakfast and second before dinner, she is of 74 age, is it better to continue or any change should be there as earlier she was taking Glycomat GP-1 and after doctore prescriptio it is changed to Glycomat GP2. My Father , 60 years old, had suffered brain stroke in his left brain in 2008. After that he had consulted a doctor who had given him Ecospin 75 and Glycomate 500 since he is suffering from diabetes for the last 15 years. He is taking Glycomate 500 since last 2008. Before that he didn't take any medicine for diabetes, since it was under control. Recently, just a week before , he was diagnosed with another brain stroke in his right brain. After consulting a cardiologist and a neurologist, cardiologist has advised him to take strocit plus daily 2 tablets for 2 weeks or Nootropil syrup 2 tsp per day for 2 weeks and maxgalin 75, 1 tab daily for a month.
