I AM USING THE DRUG FOR THE PAST 6 MONTHS 6 DAYS NOW. I AM FEELING HIGHEST GASTRIC PROBLEM. IT HAS MADE ME NOT TO SIT IN THE COMMUNITY/GENTRY. I AM TAKING THE FOLLOWING MORE MEDICINES: 1. TAB RANX 500 AT 7 AM & 8.00 PM 8. TAB PROLOMAT XL 50 MG @ 8.PM 9. TAB DIPLAT 75 MG @ 8 PM 10. TAB ROSUVAS 20 @ 8.00 PM 11.Inj Humalog 14/18/18 units @ BF/L/D respectively 12. Inj. I was prescribed glycomet 500 tablet daily morning and night .. My blood test results HBA1C is 8.. Fasing sugar 159.. P.P.sugar 266.. Before the blood test result I took Glucobay M25 tablet one tablet by noon before meals...After taking Glycomet 500 tablet I am having giddiness and shivering..Is there any side effect for Glycomet 500...

My mother is taking glucobay m 50+tribet 2 from last 1 and half year her blood sugar level is 120-129 before eating, doctor says that u have to take this tablets for lifetime. is it true or not? My mother also has little indigestion problem.SHE IS 48 years old. ## That's not necessarily true, some people have successfully been able to control their diabetes by using proper diet and exercise, but it has to be a very strict plan that the person maintains all the time. Doctor has presribed me Glimmer 2 mg tablet before breakfast & he has stopped Daonil I used to take before breakfast & before dinner. I also take two tablets of glucomet 500, one after breakfast & one after dinner. I also take 2 tablets of Glucobay 25 after lunch & 1 after dinner. Since these are also anti-diabetic tablets, do they interfere with each other. I also take other medicines like warfarin & Levera 500.

I am a diabetic type 2 patient for the last 20 yrs. My present age is 71 yrs. I am presently taking 3 glynesse mf (500 mg per tab) per day and half of Pioz 15mg per day. I have learnt that pioz contains pioglitazone which may cause urinary cancer. Please advice me an alternate of pioz. ## I am a diabetic for the past 14 years. Have also undergone angioplasty having 80% blockage. My medication for diabetes was Gemer P2. However the doctor has changed it and now I am on Gemer2 + Poiz 15, Glucobay M15, and Glucobay 15. Hi.....Doctor, My doctor advised to take daily a tablet Nefrosave, since I am a patient of DM type 2 & HTN for the last 9 years ...my blood uric acid,creatinine,urea nitragen, lipid profile all normal in range but HTN sometimes 160/85 go & my HbA1C is 8.5. Taking medicines for DM like Galvus Met 50/1000mg = 2 times, Amaryl 3mg = 2 times, 1time Acrose(Glucobay 50mg) just started, for HTN drugs like Co-Diovan 160mg/12.5 1 time, Amlor (amldopine)10mg 1 time, Concur 5mg 1 time, Lipicure 10mg 1 time. Hi, I am Diabetic with Blood Sugar (Fasting) - 105mgs/dl & Blood Sugar (Post Food) - 169mgs/dl. My HDL is 58mgs/dl & LDL is 136mgs/dl. The Triglycerides is 195 mgs/dl. I am also having High Blood Pressure of 170/100. I had been suggested for GLIMMY 4 for Diabetes; REPACE 50 for High BP and AZTOR 20 for Cholesterol. I have been taking these 3 tablets for almost 4 months and my Body weight slowly increased by 10 KG over these 4 months. in my recent consultation with another MD was revealed that consuming GLIMMY 4 alone would sure result in increase of body weight and affect the secretion in the pancreas.
