How many mgs is a maximum dose in one day ## Hi Toni, From what I could gather, GG 772 is identified as Glipizide 10 mg. According to nih.gov, the maximum recommended "once daily dose" is 15 mg. However, doses above 15 mg should be divided and given before meals of adequate caloric content. The maximum recommended "total daily dose" is 40 mg, in this regard.
