I know it's a generic xanax, i can tell, but the pill has one g 249 on it... not the gg249. Is it still a 2 mg pill? ## That is interesting. I've been on this drug for 6 months but it don't look anything like the xanax I've been taking. Was peach in color and football shaped. I got chalky tasting xanax with imprint gg249 on one side. And smooth on the back, I haven't taken one until I figure out if they're good or not. Anyone else been prescribed these? Hi, I found a bottle of pills. They are white rectangles, four sections divided by three scores, blank one side, GG in first section, then 2, 4, 6 in the sections below. Is this Xanax? light green, round, on one side it says GG and on bottom of it, it has 165. I have been on these pills for a couple of years and it went from thin rectangle-white/pinkish pills to oval/blue ones. I picked them up at a different pharmacy and it was described as stated above (green)..need to make sure this is the correct pill. I found one I need to know if its fake ## This tablet is manufactured by Sandoz Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 2mgs of Alprazolam, a generic for Xanax, which is a benzodiazepine that's most commonly used to anxiety and nervous disorders.
