Hi, I am feeling so lazy & tired and getting light low feavor frequently due to stomach problems, I am not getting motion frequently so I want clean my stomach on new weekend; I am looking to get loose motions heavily on weekend to clean my stuff. I had severe constipation before the operation and in fact the operation was performed on diagonizing that I have Multiple Fibroyid and that also at least 24 months old. After the operation I was having severe pain and was almost involuntry bowel m ovements. Since then I have this constipation back once gain. im suffering from stomach ache and loose motions from last 1 month.... even after having the tablets it will be good till 1-2 days the nagain it will get started..... so, can any 1 suggest me the good tablet to have or any natural remedi to use it....... ## The best thing to do first would be to look at your diet and try to figure out what may be causing it.
