My gf just started on subs and I swear shes high, don,t care but just noticable. Is this even possible? Been on them my self and experianced nothing like what Im talking about. ## Yes, it is possible. Suboxone does contain a very potent narcotic, Buprenorphine, so it can have that affect on some people. Even though it didn't have that effect on you, she may experience it, because medications can affect everyone differently. Learn more Suboxone details here. high on suboxone

I have gained custody of my grandchild because of parent addiction. They are now being given Suboxone, the rehab person says "no, they can't get high from it". I believe they can. From what information I have read he high is just not as strong. So can a person "get high" from suboxone? ## In theory, yes, someone could get high from it, because it still contains a narcotic, which is Buprenorphine. However, there are 2 factors that come into play to prevent their doing so and abusing it. When someone is in addiction treatment, the dosage is carefully calculated to be a maintenance dose, that way it prevents withdrawals from the other drugs they were abusing, but doesn't give a high effect. And the second is that it also contains Naloxone, which prevents their takin... ...

How soon can I get it filled?

Hello, I'm having a problem getting my Norco 7.5 filled. I've had 7 surgeries since October removing staph infection absess. These are very bad absess. Usually over 4 inches deep and about that length and all over my body. My doctor has been prescribing them to me because the incisions have to be packed by my home health nurse or the doctor, which severely painful. I just was released from the hospital after having another surgery and he gave me a new prescription because I'm supposed to take them before anyone touches near the incision, so that I don't let the pain become unbearable. This is causing me to run out earlier than some people. The deal is I suffer from seizures and blackouts and if my blood pressure goes very high from the pain I can and have either a seizur... ...

High Urea

I am a 63 year old Indian (Asian) male. I have been taking medications for high BP for the past 15 years. Currently I am taking - Coversyl AM 4/5, Lorvas SR, Angispan TR 2.5 mg, Clopitab 75 mg, Nefrosave, Febuget 40 mg. In the last 6 months (Aug 2013 to Feb 2014) my urea level has gone up from 55 to 100, uric acid from 3.0 6.0 and serum creatinine remained at 2.0. Electrolytes continue to remain within the range. I do not observe any physical changes such as swelling of feet or tiresomeness. I am agile and active. Could you please suggest a way out to keep my urea within the range? I am a strict vegetarian and don't even eggs. Do you suggest any restrictions on specific vegetables. Female 62 T1 with carsinoma insitu. Completed 6 BCG. Yesterday had a scope(clean) and biopsy done. How much Oncovite if any should I take ## Hi Paula, With regards to taking Oncovite, I think this decision is probably best left up to you and/or your doctor, since it really is just a dietary supplement favored by people with specific oncology concerns. Oncovite is said to deliver a high dose of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals; things already found in a well-balanced diet of fresh fruits and vegetables. In my honest opinion, it may be more reasonable to just increase your intake of dark leafy greens and fresh organic fruit. This way you're not only getting what Oncovite provides, but also an abundance of enzymes and a more alkaline environment within your body; something that has... ...

I need a pain Meditation that is Not as high risk for Addiction..i have told that Nuycnta er is not as addictive as other pain medicines is this true ## Hi, Rhonda! How are you? All of the narcotic opiates have the potential to be habit forming and addictive, including Nucynta. And a person who has had a problem with addiction in the past is more prone to develop one with any new medication introduced that has addictive potential. Have you discussed the issue with your doctor? They may be able to help you discover a viable option. Outside of the narcotics, there are some pretty strong NSAIDs, but they aren't going to help much with severe pain. What have you already tried? ...
