I live in ga. Me and my husband have been going to pain management for several year but every few months dea shuts them down. If anyone knows of a pain management clinic anywhere in ga that prescribes 120-180 oxycodone (30mg), 60-90 xanax (2mg) and 60-90 adderall (30mg) please let me know the name and number of it. I moved to west central Georgia from Hawaii. I have been successfully treated with pain meds for 10 years. After moving here I have had my prescriptions written by my medicaid pc up until more than a month ago. I have tried a pain clinic but found out quick that some of them or against opiods and many are so expensive and want to give injections which don't work for me.I have chrnic pain issues backed uo with medical documentation. I have had 4 back surgeries, 1 neck surgery, 1 rt knee surgery, and 1 rt shoulder surgery. I've been on many pain meds but now what works for me is 10/325 norco. I dont want anything stronger. Hi. I have been going through a war now for years trying to manage my pain from my ruptured and bulging disk in my lower back. For years I just dealt with the pain. But about three years ago I was forced into a point that I had to work so I started going to a pain clinic in TN and after a year I moved to Florida for my husband to get treatment for cancer. Fam dr wont give my xanax by sandman I live close to alanta ga. ## Well it is not really your Xanax? So much has changed and out there and many areas in the South you have to jump through hoops. My Family doctor gives them out like Pez, with a free collectors dispenser! ## Family doctor's are not supposed to be giving them out, anymore. There are some exceptions they can make, but in most cases, you will now need to see a specialist for such medications, if you require them on a long-term ongoing basis. The best thing to do would be to ask your doctor to refer you to someone else. Have severe nerve pain.. been to 4 doctors. Not one will prescribe a pain med. I cannot take Lyrica, Gabapentin, Cymbalta or Amitriptyline. Dangerous side effects.
