I take 2 subs a day. I just left the pharmacy and the total price for 60 at walgreens is $613.99. I have a suboxone coupon you can get off the suboxone website. It brought it down to $396.00. I do not have insurance either. What worries me about getting generic is will it cost more since there is no coupon for it as far as I know???... ## Prices for many medications have gotten totally outrageous. Just called Cosco pharmacy and the price of a 30 tabs is $99.50.You do not have to be a cosco member to use the pharmacy. ## @RIlley, Thanks for sharing the good news! I've always thought that you had to have a membership to even walk in there. Do you find that $99 is a good price for 30 tabs compared to Walgreens, CVS, and other brig chain pharmacies? Generally Costco members get some sort of discount, but I'm curious to know if pharmacy patients reap any additional benefits as well for using their services. ## I'm wanting to warn you to be careful, find out who is manufacturer of the generic, I've been seeing bad things about Costco getting from 3rd world co. Etc.. Ask your pharmacist who's making what they're carrying

Since I've been taking this new generic suboxone 54 375 it make my arms and hands hurt!! I've been taking suboxone for 3 years now, and I've been switched to most everyone that's came out. So, if this is applicable, then you'll need to inform your doctor of the problem, because they can designate your prescription as 'brand medically necessary', in order to get them to cover the name brand for you, again. The other alternative, if you're paying for it you...

Hi, I was informed just two days ago from my pharmacist that there is now a generic form of Suboxone film available and that's what Medicaid receiptents will receive opposed to the Brand-name Suboxone film. Ironically, my pharmacy was completely out of the generic therefore, I was able to have my insurance still approve the name brand although, I'm sure that'll change soon. I just end up getting sick to my stomach I even brake into a sweat and end up pucking up. ## Hi, Subs are very strong. They might be too strong for you and making you sick. A little tiny bit will sometimes do the trick. If your not being prescribed subs you need to be very careful mixing anything with them. ## Hello, Meme! How are you? Well I took the first one tonight and I feel they work much better for me I agree with many others on this forum it's all mainly the way the body metabolizes it in my opinion it's like different strokes for different folks! ## Glad to hear that this newer tablet is working well for you. there is a generic Suboxone out now. they begin shipping them to pharmacies the last week of February. also, if you have any type of insurance you will automatically get the generic suboxin. The doctor has no say in whether you get the name brand or generic really. even if he writes a prescription for suboxone, the pharmacist will automatically give you the generics if you have insurance. if you don't have any insurance, you can ask the pharmacist to give you generics because they are cheaper. Plus, R and B has stopped making the name brand suboxin pills. they are only making be films now. So whenever your pharmacy runs out of the original suboxin, there will not be any more. ## @sean21, Do you happen to know by any chance who the manufacturer is or what the new generic Suboxone is ...

I am 45 years old and on disability. My medicare prescription insurance does not cover generic Suboxone tablets. I just started treatment. I will be taking a quantity of 90 of the 8.2 generic Suboxone tablets. The cheapest cash price I have been able to find is $132 a month. The monthly doctors visit costs $150. I simply can't afford treatment at that price. I would appreciate any coupons that will help lower my monthly prescription costs. ## Hello Tim, Sorry to hear that this unfortunate situation has come upon you. I've always gotten the orange Amneal marked AN 415. Recently in the past few months the main pharmacy I was using Walgreens were telling me that they were out of those kind and I had to look for pharmacies that did have them after receiving the white Actavis brand which was the worst switch! I just looked right next door to Safeways who did have them. Eventually Walgreens told me they were no longer going to be getting those kind after telling me that they were on "back order" for so long. The pharmacist who is usually nice was a jerk about it also. So I moved permanently (or so I hoped) to Safeway but the last 2 months they too ran out and were allot nicer in telling me that they have been having a hard time ordering the Amneal orange ones and that they might not be getting...
