Generic Percocet 5

I got small white pill with a funny lookIng backwards 3 and a 5 on one side nothing in the other side from my Pharmacy Today. Usually i get the M 5s. I tried to Google them and cant find them. Are these Generic percocet 5mg or did they make a mistake with my Script. Help Please. Any Info greatly appreciated. ## Did u ever find out what they were ? round white pill with L405 on one side and 500MG on the other side ? ## Well, this is NOT Percocet, nor any type of narcotic medication. Pills marked with an L, followed by a set of numbers are manufactured by LNK International, they only make over the counter items that are sold by various stores as their store brands or generics. They make anything from generic versions of Tyelnol, Advil, and Benadryl as well as many others. This one marked L 405 is sold under the name XS Pain Reliever Tablets, nothing more than a generic extra strength version of Tylenol, so it contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen. Most definitely NOT a Percocet.

I'm sorry, but I can't go by what you think are the markings on the pill. Can you please double check? There is a tablet listed in the databases that is very similar, it has the marking ALV 196. It is manufactured by Alvogen and they list it as containing 5mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

I have taken 10/325 MD 523 generic for years. I took IP 204 for a month with noticeable side effects; swollwen feet and less bowel movement, even with daily miralax. My question....DOES IP 204 CAUSE BULDGING FEET THEN MD 523??????????? Thank you for any comments. ## Did you mean the tablet with the M523 10/325 marking? Because there isn't one with an MD on it. The constipation can be a side effect of any narcotic opiate and though it isn't common, Percocet can cause fluid retention in some people, as well. There can be slight fluctuations from one generic to another, so taking a different one may have caused the problem, but you should really have it checked out by your doctor to be safe. That way you can also formulate your own valid opinion. What I can tell you though from reading a lot of posts on this site, is that Actavis (Formerly known as Watson) has been receiving a massive amount of complaints lately regarding the quality and efficacy of their generic Percocet tablets. does generice percocet 10/325mg come with a v on it or not and is their a difference in taking away pain as not well if it does ## Yes, there are some with a V logo on them that are manufactured by Vintage/Qualitest Pharmaceuticals, but I can't confirm that's why you have without knowing more details. Are there any additional letters or numbers on them? That's would enable them to be identified. Learn more Percocet details here. Trying to verify oblong yellow with a V on one side and 3601 on the other. ## V 3601 is actually a generic Vicodin, containing Acetaminophen 325 mg + Hydrocodone 10 mg. Percocet contains Acetaminophen + Oxycodone. 2 different narcotic pain relievers, both containing Acetaminophen. ## Abe is correct, this tablet is manufactured by Qualitest Pharmaceuticals, and they do list it as containing 325mgs of Acetaminophen, and 10mgs of Hydrocodone. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. Percocet contains both Acetaminophen and Oxycodone. This tablet, however, ONLY contains 15mgs of Oxycodone, so it is the generic for Roxicodone. It is, however, a very potent narcotic pain reliever. I was given a different version of my medication. I was told that this was the only ones my insurance covered because it was the cheapest. It is white, round with no imprints nothing. Which generic manufacturer has the most active ingredient? I think endo does but its hard to find in jeff in. What would be the next best to the endo? ## What it really comes down to is which one works best for you. Everyone can say which one they've found to work best, but that doesn't mean you'll have the same experience with it. You can learn more Percocet details here. One thing you could try is asking your doctor to write the prescription as 'brand medically necessary', so your insurance would pay for it and then you'd eliminate the problem. I take generic percpcet 10-325mg. up to 4 times daily for breakthru pain. I just read about the OxyIR and am wondering what would be the same mg. as the percocet if I wanted to discussed this with my dr.? If OxyIR does NOT contain aspirin wouldn't it be healthier for me & my liver? Generic Percocet is weak, and having trouble finding brand, I'm a BK amputee. Over 20 yrs with severe nerve bundles on and off meds depending on my situation. Only prescribed 60 10mg/ 325 a month and not a day sooner. I understand the need to not to be over medicated very well. I am now left in pain often since there are days where only taking two pills daily is ridiculous. In my line of work I stand for 3+ hrs. at a time. I have had Percocet 30 mg w/ no APAP . Which I harder find and tougher to get prescribed, we are talking about quality of life and staying in the work force so I can pay my healthcare in the first place. Help this brand is making me sick! Oxycodone + Acetaminophen (Imprint: WES 203) 10/325. Does nothing for my pain, making me itch and feel sick, on top of that it's messing with my depression.
