What is the difference between the pale blue tablet that says E7 and the regular mint green oxycodone 15 mg? Is one stronger than the other by any chance? Or are they exactly the same just different colors and a little different shape because of the manufacture? ## It has just been manufactured by a different company, in this case Epic Pharma LLC. I went to my Pain doc and he changed some of my meds..increasing mg dosage from 15 to 20mg oxycodones..along with oxycontin 10 to 20 mg. I take 4 15mg Oxycodone per day but sometimes its green ones & the oblong white ones which dont seem to work as well. I have bad disc's in back, arthritis in all joints & neuropathy pain also. I have a pink small pill that says k 57. It looks like the grey k 57 oxycodone. Is it the same drug? I was told it is a 20 mg oxycodone. ## That is a 10 mg Roxy. They are pink. Compared to the mallinkrodt 15 mg oxycodone there is a huge difference. This is for chronic pain issues and the new KVK-t do not help one bit. Can anyone let me know what is going on? I take 15 mg oxycodone but found strange pills in my bottle. they are green round pill with a line down the middle and an A above line with 214 below the line. It is blank on the other side. I am afraid to take these if it's not the right medicine. ## The pill you have found are 15 mg Roxicodone or Oxycodone for generic.
