white round pill with a NB on one side. it is a oral medicine that dissolves in the mouth. what is this. ## This tablet does not contain Tramadol, nor any type of prescription medication. This is an over the counter, homeopathic allergy remedy, the name is listed as Naturfort, but I cannot find an exact listing of the ingredients. The company the makes these uses the NB logo on all their tablets and they can only be distinguished by color. Are there any other questions or comments? ## What is up with this Tram-50? I have been on tramadol for many years, usually the Mylan brand ( a round flat pill with an M on one side and T7on the other). I have never has any issues, It has always worked well with no problems. Last month, my pharmacy switched to a horrible cheaper generic ( a larger capsule shaped pill with 377 on it, made by Caraco. I started noticing that i was in increasing amounts of pain and had other issues. It was making me miserable and upset. I asked my sis who had gotten the same kind (377) of inferior tramadol if she was having problems too and was having the same issues. We both returned the defective tramadol to the pharmacy and got our regular brand and were back to normal within hours. My tramadol is blank on one side and "AN627" on the other. Does it contain aspirin? ## No, this tablet contains just 50mgs of Tramadol, an analgesic, the active ingredient in Ultram. Tramadol is also not available coupled with Aspirin, it is only available coupled with Acetaminophen, as a generic or under the brand name Ultracet. Once a medication is available to be made a generic, it is allowed to differ, in the active ingredient, from the name brand by as much as plus or minus 20%. The FDA considers this an acceptable therapeutic window. The problem that you can run into, of course, is that generics do not have to measure against each other, just against the name brand. Which medication is stronger Tramadol or Lortab? ## Lortab, it is actually a narcotic pain reliever containing Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone.
