So then I went there and checked their product catalog, and it appears that they do manufacture a Hydrocodone 10 mg + Acetaminophen (APAP) 650 mg tablet. It is oblong and light blue with a score mark on one side and the imprint M 361 on the other [1]. Does that sound like what you have? If not, can you please post back with a description of what you have and I can try to look it up.
