I found something out. I've been through every generic of xanax there is I've been on them for 14 yrs. some people love greenstone, which I have, some people love sun, which I have, and I build a tolerance too quick too sandoz. So I spoke to a professional. He said there was a generic brand of zanax 2mg er that was banned in the us because it is sooo stong. One pill takes care of you instead of taking 4 -8 a day. The us wants to make money. He told me the name and he ordered them for me. I missed the mailman I won't be able to try theses till Monday. But they are called pex-2. They have no fillers. Straight xanax 2mg er. Very very strong. Even a zanax pill has fillers. I'm going to try Monday, I'm going to stick with these. ## Your Doctor ordered you a medicine that ...

Description Of Generic Oxymorphone ER ## There are several on the market, since it is available in different dosages, but to provide you with some examples... A round, gray pill, with the number 261 on one side and a logo that looks like a moon on the other is 7.5mg tablet. A round, white pill, with the number 262 and the same logo is a 15mg tablet. Do either of those match the tablet you are questioning? ## It's a crying shame that the Big Shots in charge can have a say in who makes what meds and who gets what. For them to tell Endo to stop production on Opana is quite a joke! I bet if they were the one's in pain they might be thinking a lot different! It is sad that people die from overdose, I wish they would put out the numbers on the people who have died or just overdosed th...

my dr prescibed oxymorphone er 60 mg. and oxymorphone ir 5 mg. I was able to purchase the ir tablets in generic (but they cost about 50.00 more than the oxycodone ir 20 mg. that I was taking before he switched my meds) I was not able to get the oxymorphone er 60 mg. in generic form. Are these manufactured in the U.S (2014)? The brand name was Opana, which ended up costing me around 450.00 for 60 pills. This is OUTRAGEOUS!! I am a woman, of only 58 yrs.old. I'm on disibility from back injuries from about 20-25 yrs. ago and I also have C.O.P.D. Because of this I'm on a very low income, but not quite low enough to get "The Extra Help" that is avaiable to people who didn't work very much. Because of that they"re disibility pymts. are a bit smaller than mine, therefor...

I have been taking kadian for several years. My current dosage is a10 and a 30 1 X per day at bedtime. It has worked perfect. No problems at all. For the past couple days I gave been unable to sleep, itching, diarrhea, headache and increased pain and my mood is out of control with crying. I did like others and was thinking maybe someone had messed with my meds. Then, last night after looking at my pills closely, I noticed that I received the generic kadian 30 at my last refill. This medicine is not working the at all. It is the beginning of a four day holiday and I am scared to feel what I am going to be going through until Monday. I would consider the ER but anyone that takes this medicine know they wouldn't believe me. They would think I am pill shopping. Someone give me a suggest...

I live with a questionable character who I have caught red handed taking my meds from me. I am prescribed amphetamine salts 30 mg xr, generic for adderall. They are orange and clear capsules filled with orange beads. The time I caught him I found that he had taken the pill apart and ingested the beads, then put the pill back together so I wouldn't know...really sneaky. I am worried that he has been stealing from me again. I got a lock box and have really been trying to monitor and count my meds and I noticed one was missing, which was really suspicious. I think he also has been pulling the pills apart and putting them back together again...I am noticing that there is some irregularity in the pill appearances; namely amount of beads inside (though I have heard there is a margin of er...

I have reverse swan neck and it has caused 3 herniated discs in my neck. I currently take 3 10 mg percocets daily and 2 20 mg opana ER's. I'm not really getting the relief I'd like. What would be a logical upgrade in my meds? ## Although I don't have personal experience with these types of medications, I thought I'd still go ahead and post a list of other possible options for you. Some types of opioid drugs include: codeine (only available in generic form) fentanyl (Actiq, Duragesic, Fentora) hydrocodone (Lorcet, Lortab, Norco, Vicodin) hydromorphone (Dilaudid, Exalgo) meperidine (Demerol) methadone (Dolophine, Methadose) morphine (Avinza, Kadian, MS Contin, Ora-Morph SR) oxycodone (OxyContin, Oxyfast, Percocet, Roxicodone) I think there's some speculation as to ...

So I've been in pain management for 10 plus yrs. I never liked the morphine sulfate ER except for the 100mg pills witch are nearly impossible to get prescribed. They worked great. I've usually been on Oxycontin 30mg or 20's. Although I've found the 60's and 80's work best. And about 4-5 yrs ago I got started on Oxymorphone 30mg. The ones made by Actavis were by far the best thing out there. Then they stopped making them and the only generic made is by Global. Now these 30mg are not bad at all, and are by far the best thing out there as of now. But my doc made it his business to drop me down to the 20mg, and when I say these are garbage, they are garbage. It takes 3-4 20mg to get the effect of one 30mg. I've mentioned something to my doc at least 3 different t...

How does everyone find the Extended Release (XR, ER) version of Adderall to work when compared to the Immediate Release (IR)? ## Adderall XR, maybe I got a bad generic but it's crap, it does not reveal in your system. I hate all XR meds they are awful. My doctor put me on reg Adderall and the quality is night and day, reg last 4 hours that's okay. I take another one, and get the same quality. The xr is weak and seems to last a shorter time than the IR. Everybody is different I know, and I'm no doctor, so take what your prescribed, and please do not abuse drugs, take it like its prescribed. It works trust me. You might have to wait 15 to 25 minutes but you will feel better about yourself. God bless. ## This is a stimulant that is most commonly used to treat ADHD and narcoleps...

I was on opana 40ers switched to generic, new pills have half moon on one side and 230 on the other, tan is this pill same as other , two hours after taking need breakthrough meds. ## Hello, Chad! How are you? Yes, they contain the same medication in a 40mg extended release formulation. There can sometimes be slight fluctuations from one generic to another, but they are very slight and it usually only takes a week or so for your body to adjust. This medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

TABLET SUBSTITUT FOR INDUR 60 MG ER TAB ## For anyone else curious, yes Isosorbide Mononitrate is the active ingredient in Imdur, so that is what the generic would be called. The ER means it is a time released formulation. Learn more Imdur details here. Side effects to this medication may include nausea, dizziness and headache. The headaches have sometimes been so severe that the medication had to be discontinued. Is there anything I can help with? ## My mother seems to have hallucinations after she takes this medicineo . Is that a side affect. She is 92 and does need that. She has congenital heart diese and takes several meds but this the one that seems to set her off.

I TAKE VERAPAMIL ER 120 MG AND HAD HAD NO PROBLEMS UNTIL I ORDER THE LAST PRESCRIPTION. THE BILL CAME BACK AS A BULE OVAL BILL. UP UNTIL NOW I HAVE BEEN TAKING A WHITE PILL WITH TRIANGLES ON THE BACK . SINCE I HAVE TAKEN THE NEW BLUE PILL I SEEM TO HAVE A DRY COUGH. CAN THAT BE FROM THE NEW PILL. I ASK BECAUSE I HAD A REACTION FROM OTHER MEDS AND GOT A DRY COUGH FROM IT. ## Verapamil is a calcium channel blocker used to treat cardiac conditions and hypertension. How long have you been taking it? The problem here may stem from the differences in generic medications. When a company makes a generic, there are actually allowed to differ from the name brand by as much as plus or minus 20% in the active ingredient. The FDA considers this an acceptable therapeutic window. Issues can arise, how...

Please send me a list of ingredients in Morphine /Sulfate ER 100mg tabs. Thank you ! ## This is a generic for Ms Contin and it is made by several companies, so I can't answer your question without knowing the specific manufacturer. Are there any markings on the tablets in question? If you post back with this information, I can then find the ingredient list for you. ## I got some meds that I was told was morphine sulfate ER 100 mg but I am a bit suspicious. I have looked (feels like it) at every morphine image. My pill is round , rusty/red colored with 323 on one side & what (to me) looks like a crescent on the other side. Can anyone help me to make sure I have what I'm supposed to please??? ## It is round with a rust/burnt orange in color and one side has the number 323 ...

I was on morphine sulf. Er 100mg tab. rhodes. Then I got switched to morphine sulf. 100mg er mylan. These upset my stomach why did they change my meds. Like that?.I have back pain, even had serg. The one made by rhodes worked just fine what can I do so my stomach doesn't get up set ? Thanks j.r. ## Hello, Steve! How are you? Since this is a generic medication, it is manufactured by several different companies and whichever one your pharmacy has in stock depends on which company was offering the cheapest price, at the time they needed to restock their supply. Thus, if you're taking a generic medication, you really have to just expect this to happen occasionally. As to it upsetting your stomach, it could be due to there being a different inactive ingredient in it. Have you consult...

My Metoprolol ER 50 is oval with a line for splitting. On the other side is 369. Is this Metoprolol? Can't find that description for Metoprolol. ## Yes - the white oval pill scored on one side, 369 on the other side is Metoprolol Succinate Extended-Release Tablets 50mg manufactured by Ethex. [1] Do you have any other questions or information to add? Please post back if you do... References: [1] ## I p/u my meds today, on the bottle it has the letters (wats), on the old bottle it has (par) what does that mean any diffence ## Chili, I'm guessing it stands for the manufacturers of the generic medication. I'm barely able to write this. Pain meds not working last couple of days. One change is I want to use up some old pills made by Ranbaxy. Might be this be my problem? I googled around but am not finding anything on best generic Morphine Er. TIA! ## Sorry to hear about your pain. This will probably sound like a silly question, but can you confirm that the old Ranbaxy pills were not expired? If they had worked well for you in the past but are not helping now, that would be my first guess. Also, may I ask what mg dose your tablets are, and what is the previous brand that gave you good results? There are probably at least half a dozen manufactures for the extended release morphine generics. I expect most to be comparable to one another, but there are anecdotal stories of certain variance...

I just went to a new pain dr. For 8 years I was on OxyContin 30mg. My insurance wouldn't pay so I was switched to 30 mg ms continue er. This worked fine. All with 5/325 Hydrocodone up to 4 daily for breakthrough. Within the last four months the old Doctor switched to 30mg IRR without telling me why the change. I think just mixed up. Actually it worked basically the same with the breakthrough meds. Now new doc changed to MS Contin er generic with same amount of breakthrough melds. I haven't started yet but am worried it won't work as well. Help ## Since it is a lower dose, it may not manage your pain as well and you may also experience some withdrawal symptoms. As listed by the FDA, withdrawal symptoms may possibly include nausea, dizziness, fever, chills and diarrhea. Is the...

I would like details about SMZ/TMP DS 800-160 tablets by Interpharm. ## This contains 800mgs of Sulfamethoxazole and 160mgs of Trimethoprim, a generic for Bactrim. This is an antibiotic. Some of the most common side effects include: nausea, drowsiness, diarrhea and dizziness. ## I took 2 doses of this medicine and ended up in the ER with a splitting headache, after I threw up everything I have eaten since the 3rd grade! I was disoriented and had trouble relating what was wrong to the doctors. After 5 hours in the ER with an IV, anti-nausea and pain meds... I was able to return home. Never take this medicine! ## Is this drug really bad? If so why do doctor's still prescribe it?!!!! Thanks a concerned grinch!!!! ## Yes, I've been taking this med for 4 days and am nauseated all day...

My generic toprol xl just changed to this and I want info on this manufacturer to see if there are any problems with it. ## I was also changed to the Actavis Metoprolol success er 25 MG due to lack of availability or discontinuation of Mylan's generic version. I find the Avtavis version not nearly as effective as Mylan and am trying to learn the status of the Mylan MT1 version, or the effectiveness of other generics for this drug. ## Although some manufacturers have a reputation for more or less effective meds, I find that everyone's response/reaction is also going to vary based on several factors; including but not limited to one's unique body chemistry, metabolism, sensitivities to inert ingredients, etc. That said, trial and error may be the only way to determine what wor...

The prescription bottle says dextroamp-amphet er 10mg cap. The pill in the bottle is round white dome-shaped on both sides and has no markings. Is it a generic or something? ## Not likely Adderall (or any medication that is is governed by the FDA). Which leaves just some vitamins/herbal supplements that can be sold without any identifying markings. If this was given to you by a pharmacy, see them immediately because an employee may be swapping. If there was someone that had it between the pharmacy and you... They probably still have the actual meds.

We just lost our health insurance and can no longer afford the meds. Do you know who makes it? I am not sure what to do. This has been a life saver for a 13 and 8year old. $170 for 3 months, I am out of work!!! ## Were you referring to the mixed Aphetamine salts that are a generic for Adderall? If so, I'm sorry, but the only assistance programs available would be for the name brand and Shire Pharmaceuticals no longer offers a program for it. Have you tried checking with any of the local, large chain pharmacies to see if they offer a discount program on this medication?
