Which is the better generic company? I just got GLOBAL and they are like taking sleeping pills. I'm sleeping 20 to 24 hours a day for days. If I didn't need to pee, I might never wake up. Since generics are already cheaper than the name brand, there rarely are programs for many of them and, when there are, it's usually just on medications that are considered life sustaining. You may want to check with your pharmacy and see if they work with any of the free prescription savings cards programs. If they do, you can print the card and it may save you a little bit of money on your prescription. I just was prescribed to Adderall xr 20 mg and it made me feel horrible , I'm 15 years old and I tried to convince my mom that these give me headaches and I can't focus. I need to find a coupon for 15 mg ## We've had several other people ask recently and, from what I can find, it appears that Shire no longer provides an assistance program for Adderall, since it is a controlled substance. Are you on the regular release formulation? If so, there are generics available that would be much cheaper, if you don't have insurance coverage. Also, have you discussed your other treatment options with your doctor? ## I need Adderall and can't afford it. I am jobless right now and have 3 children.

I got my prescription filled today for Adderall 15 mg and Aurolife was the generic they used because they were out of their normal one. I have taken Adderall for years & even gone down in dosage with no problems but today after of 2 hours of waiting for the pill to work I took another. I can't tell I've taken anything. I've called the pharmacy twice about this plus a separate matter(a mistake they made in submitting to insurance) and questioned the pharmacist about this drug. He gave me the excuse that if I was used to a different brand this may not work as well at first. I don't buy it. This is an amphetamine and it should work if it's a quality medication. My daughter has had very treatment with the prescription of dexedrine 15 mg extended release spansules for many years. Recently, a different pharmacy filled it for what turned out to be labeled as "dexedrine sulfate(salts)" and my daughter's behavior was worse. She has never tolerated adderall. That particular pharmacist said it is all the same. The other pharmacies say it isnt. Now, years later, at a pharmacy just purchased by the Kroger that supplied the adderal mix before, she has received spansules from corepharma that do not seem to match and the behavior is again intolerable. Of course the pharmacy says its just generic. How can i tell? I have been taking Adderall for many years and I've never noticed a smell or taste. However, my most recent Rx (same generic manufacturer as normal, Mallinckrodt) has a *very* strong smell, like a multi-vitamin, and terribly disgusting taste. I even took it back into the pharmacy to make sure I wasn't losing my mind, she agreed but couldn't figure out why. They are the white, Dextroamp-Amphetamin 15 mg tab. Has Core Pharmaceuticals improved their product since the year 2009? When I last tried the Core 10mg generic version of Adderall, is was most inconsistent, almost as bad as Ranbaxy, the latter now off the market. Core now has a license to manufacture 5 mg and 10 mg pure dextroamphetamne. Some Rite Aid chain stores in the USA carry this product. Any experiences with anybody on Core C-II stimulants? Core also is a subsidiary of Amedra Pharma, and under Amedra, they also have a fairly new license to make the Dexedrine Spansules in 5mg 10mg and 15 mg at a very high price. I'm prescribed 15 mg adderalls. I always get the name brand (blue/white capsules) which have orange beads. For some reason, the pharmacist gave me a generic version (orange pills)with white beads inside. This is the second time this happens in the last year and both times I noticed the beads were white and the generic brand seems to have quite a bit less beads than the name brand. I thought they were supposed to both be equal just different name brands. Why does the generic brand with white beads have less beads than the name brand which has the orange beads? The reason I bothered to check and I'm concerned is because last time I got the generic kind, they seemed less effective and like I was taking a lower dose. I've been taking Clonazepam for about 15 years. At first, I was prescribed .25 mg twice a day. Over the years, the doses kept increasing. Now I'm at 2mg. 3x/day. Though I've been taking it as needed, like depending on what I'm doing each day. For the last couple of years, I'd take half a pill in the morning and maybe another later on. But only if I'm not doing anything important. Other days, with social activities, I'd take another dose like 2 mg. or more. And there are other meds I take like Adderall generic, Gabapentin and also in the process of quitting Suboxone; I'm down to 1 mg. about every other day. And Bupropion as well. I usually use CVS, but the pharmacist told me that their wholesaler does not carry Zenzedi. Those who take this medication, what pharmacy do you use? The only mom and pop pharm in my town said it was too expensive to order, but that chains that use a certain wholesaler different than the one CVS uses would be able to get it. I am not asking about (the vastly inferior, IME) various generics of dextroamphetamine IR. Been there, hated it.
