Found a pill that I'm trying to find out what it is. It's white oblong and has B 146 on one side. Nothing on the other side. ## Hello, Sally! How are you? Instead of B, could the marking possibly be a stylized E? If so, this tablet is manufactured by Sandoz Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 750mgs of Nabumetone, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation.

The pill is about as big as the end of a womens pinky ## Spironolactone 25 mg actually has the imprint M over 146. I am guessing that you might have meant that, as the number on the pill might be easy to confuse. I am 55 and for last 1 year I have been taking Telma 40 and Amlodact 5 in the morning Atorva 5 at night. Now I am to face acute knee problem that benumbed me and prevents smooth walking, A friend of mine advises me to take Cal Mag D and stop Amlodac 5. Can I stop it and opt for some other medication? Make sure you have Legit - Accurate Documentation & be prepared for a drug panel. They offer alternative PM treatments in addition to medications. I had a Severe Allergic Reaction to the "Trigger Point Injections"(1 thing I never tried before) & therefore I can't recommend it. Be prepared to follow Strict Guidelines & you will get some help.

I have had tachycardia and high bp for a week now. I went to the ER cause my resting HR got it 146. My normal values are 120/78 and HR low 70s. In the past week my hr has been between 90-100. I'll even wake up at night with HR bring 100. I can't even stand up without it spiking my HR. I had quite a few blood tests, EKG, echocardiogram and holter monitor and everything has come back fine. In 24 and healthy.... I've have never ever has and heart issues before. My GP gave me 5mg of bystolic to get my HR down til we figure it out. I've also stopped my newer BC pill that I started a little over two months ago to see if that caused the high bp?
