This surgery increased the pain. Before the surgery, my pain was constant and at a 5-6. Now my pain is at 7-8, CONSTANTLY. Therefor, I am on Oxy. I am suffering from tinnitus & the doctor prescribed Duxil for a complete month. Having it for more than 20 days, I don't see any improvement, moreover I have trouble getting up in the morning. Feel tired & lazy. ## Duxil contains the active ingredients Almitrine and Raubasine, it is used to enhance respiration, to treat age related cerebral disorders and for other conditions like vertigo. To be honest, since this isn't used in the U.S. the information we have available on it is very limited. However, since it does work on any conditions that affect cerebral function, it would seem the the drowsiness is probably a normal side effect. However, for your other concerns, I can only suggest that you consult your doctor. Are there any other questions?
