The side that doesn't have 40 on it has a line down the middle but i can't read what it has going around the pill ## The closest match I could find shows that the pill is identified as Furosemide (40 mg). However the markings you are unable to read can significantly change what this pill could be. On this specific pill I located, the number 40 is on one side; and on the other side there is a score line across the middle, with the words 'Mylan' on the top half of the line and the numbers '216' on the bottom half. Does this sound or look familiar based on what you can see? Ive got high blood pressure and have been taking a small round pink pill but when i went to get my refill the pill is small but white and has what looks like a v on one side and the numbers 3972 on the other side. I found a small round white pill with the letters ASP on one side. Any idea what it is? ## An over the counter Aspirin tablet. I can't be completely sure of the dosage, because the manufacturer marks all of their tablets with ASP, but I've personally purchased ones in the 325mg dosage that meet this description.
